Refund and Returns Policy
We hope you love all our products as much as we loved making them. However, we do understand there are occasions where you may wish to return them.
If you have received your products and they are faulty or damaged please send us an email with photographic evidence within 3 days of delivery to you. The delivery date can be found on your tracking receipt which we keep all details on file for. Our email can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.
Should you receive your products and dislike the fragrance you selected and wish to return, this item must be unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. Postage to return back to Candangelic Scents will be the senders' responsibility.
